Our content

The articles, reviews, box office and advance booking figures, charts, share images and design of Films Discourse are ours unless stated otherwise. You're welcome to quote short parts and share our figures and images, as long as you name Films Discourse and, online, link to the page you took them from. You may not copy whole articles, republish our data in bulk, or use automated tools to collect it without our written permission.

Film posters, stills and trailers are the property of their studios and distributors and appear here to identify and discuss the films.

About our figures

Box office and advance booking figures are estimates. They come from our own tracking and from producer and trade reports, and they can change as fuller information arrives. We work hard to keep them accurate, but we can't guarantee that every figure is complete or correct, and they should not be relied on for financial or business decisions. Opening-day predictions made by readers are for fun only.

Your account

• You can sign in with Google or X. You're responsible for what happens on your account, so keep access to those accounts secure.
• Your username, profile, reviews, ratings, predictions and follows are public.
• You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.

What you post

When you post a review, rating or other content, you keep ownership of it and give Films Discourse permission to show it on the website and in our share images. Please don't post anything that:

• is abusive, hateful, threatening or harassing, or targets a person or community;
• is false or misleading, spam, or advertising;
• shares someone else's private information, or copies other people's work;
• breaks the law.

We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules, at our discretion.

Advertising and other websites

The website shows ads, including from Google AdSense, which helps keep it free. We don't control the ads shown and don't endorse the products in them. Our pages may link to or embed content from other websites, such as X posts and trailers; we aren't responsible for their content or practices. How we and our ad partners use cookies is explained in our privacy policy.

No warranty and limits on liability

Films Discourse is provided "as is". We don't promise that it will always be available or free of errors. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the website or reliance on its content.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they last changed, and using the website after a change means you accept the new terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of India.
